We do not accept returns or refunds. If you have chosen the wrong size or address you can contact us with your order number and let us know. Always double check before ordering. Please read all product descriptions before ordering. District Hills is not responsible for any lost packages through shipment!! Contact Shipping carrier if lost.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Shipping Policy
If pre-made, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping for all pre-order drops. Production begins right after the site closes.
